Meet Isaac
My name is Isaac Trezza Alamond, and I am fighting for my future in motorsports. My dream—my purpose—is to compete and build a lasting career in the NTT INDYCAR Series as a driver. Racing isn’t just what I do; it’s who I am. It’s the fire that’s burned inside me since I first gripped a steering wheel at 12 years old, tearing through indoor karting tracks with the kind of hunger that told me, this is it – what I was born to do.
From that moment on, I dedicated everything to this pursuit. I trained relentlessly on my simulator, pushing myself to the limits before stepping up to competitive karting out of state. I learned, I adapted, and I proved myself. My family and I made enormous sacrifices—financially, emotionally, and personally—to keep my dream alive. And in 2024, that commitment led me to the Lucas Oil Formula Series, where, against all odds, I fought my way to 3rd place in the championship.
That single result changed the trajectory of my entire career. It put me in front of Jay Howard Driver Development, a powerhouse in the USF Pro Championships. Even after a long financial battle just to get to the test, I showed up ready—and I delivered. Every lap mattered, and Jay Howard noticed. He offered me a 2025 race seat on the spot.
Without the full funding to take that opportunity, I’ve pivoted my target to 2026. Now, every day is spent finding partners, building connections, and preparing myself to compete at the highest level. I’m staying sharp, staying hungry, and doing everything in my power to make 2026 my breakthrough season.

“It is a true privilege to work with Isaac and witness his development as a race car driver. From the outset, it was clear that he possesses a natural talent behind the wheel – an intuitive feel for the car, exceptional spatial awareness, and an ability to extract speed.
What truly sets Isaac apart, however, is the combination of raw skill and a rare openness to feedback. He is incredibly receptive to coaching, always eager to learn, quick to adapt based on insights or instruction, and never afraid to ask the right questions. This maturity and humility are hallmarks of a driver who is destined for success.
